Artwork: Camera-ready artwork must be provided. If Wenger must produce finished artwork, extra charges will be billed at $50.00 per hour. Wenger reserves the right to reject artwork that will not reproduce properly. To expedite your order in a timely manner, we recommend artwork is submitted in Adobe Illustrator. Logos submitted should be no larger than 1" high. Please include all fonts with artwork and convert all images and fonts to outlines.

Artwork for orders must be submitted as follows: Email (see below), Zip disk or Compact disc. Software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, or QuarkXPress. Please save artwork as either EPS or TIFF files. Do not save files as a JPEG image; resolution is not high enough.

Placing Orders: Please place order by either (1) mail; (2) fax; or (3) e-mail to Wenger Promotional Group. Please follow up by mailing original order clearly marked "Confirmation - Do Not Duplicate." No verbal orders will be accepted. Wenger will not be responsible for errors on handwritten orders.

Color Proof/Presentation: Color proof available for $20.00 (P). Full color production representation with company logo in size, location and imprint color you specify. Please make sure to include all instructions on product, position, size and logo location with artwork to ensure an accurate color proof and a timely production time of 72 hours.

Prices: All prices printed by Wenger are subject to change without notice. Program pricing and product availability must be verified by Wenger representatives prior to program commitment.

Terms: Standard distributor terms are Net 30 days date of invoice with approved credit.

Shipping: FOB factory. We ship exact quantities.

Drop Shipping: $5.00(P) per location; in addition to cost of freight. Canada and other international destinations, additional $40.00 (P) per location, in addition to cost of freight.

Returns: Merchandise cannot be returned without a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% handling charge. Complaints regarding incorrect merchandise must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty: Most of the goods which buyer purchases through seller are covered with limited warranties from manufacturer, copies of which are packaged with each of the goods purchased. Products covered by warranties should be returned to warranty service center listed in instruction manual.

Cancellation: Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation charge. In addition to all other costs incurred up to cancellation.

New Distributor Accounts: To open an account, our Customer Application must be completed and returned along with a copy of a "Sales Tax Resale Certificate" (if applicable). New accounts are subject to Wenger credit department approval.

Suggested Language: Due to trademark issues, it is very important that, when creating promotional copy, the following suggested language be used. Wenger watches Only: "Swiss Military™ Watch," "Maker of the Genuine Swiss Army Knife™," "in the Swiss Army Knife™ tradition," "Features the same style and durability as the Genuine Swiss Army Knife™," "Wenger Swiss Military™ Watches," "Wenger Swiss Watches." Knife/Watch Combination: In addition to the above expressions, the term "Swiss Army Knife™ Combo" can be used, as long as the knife and watch are given similar weights in terms of photography and copy. Wenger Swiss Army Knives: "Wenger. The Genuine Swiss Army Knife™," "Wenger Genuine Swiss Army Knife™," "The Genuine Swiss Army Knife™," or "Wenger Swiss Army Knife™."

Trademark Usage: All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by Wenger in producing the items orders ordered will be accepted by Wenger as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, contractual limitations or similar protection. Copy and trademarks illustrations in this catalog are used to demonstrate product imprinting. This does not constitute endorsement by any company of our product line.
